Doctors vs logins
A doctor gets a calendar column, working hours and online booking. Logins are everyone who signs in — doctors, reception, nurses and managers — each with their own permissions.
Storage
Only files you upload count: X-rays, photos, 3D scans and documents. Patients, appointments, notes, plans, receipts and finance never use storage.
Monthly or annual
Monthly is billed every month. Annual is billed once a year with 20% off, and add-ons bought yearly get the same discount.
After the free trial
Pick a plan before day 14 and your first payment is taken when the trial ends. If you don't pick one, your clinic becomes read-only until you choose a plan.
