How billing works
Plans are billed in advance by DentalFlowCy through a secure Viva Wallet payment link — we never see or store your card details. You can add extra staff logins above your plan’s included seats at any time.
Cancel from Settings → Subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
