Built chairside, not in a boardroom
DentalFlow started as the internal software of a dental clinic in Cyprus. Every feature exists because a receptionist or a dentist needed it during a real working day.
Our story
We were juggling a paper diary, a receipt book, a consent folder and three spreadsheets. Nothing on the market did all of it in one place, in the way a small clinic actually works — and certainly not on a phone between patients.
So we built it: appointments, receipts with our own numbering, treatment plans, consent forms, patient photos, finance and internal chat. Other clinics asked for it, so DentalFlow is now available as a subscription, operated by DentalFlowCy.
